The Sydney Morning Heraldhas a new article in the paper on the sale of erectile dysfunction drugs:
A local pharmacist, who asked his customers to stop taking Viagra, said there was no real need for them to take the pills.
“We need to make the prescription for this medication more affordable,” he said. “I do have a prescription, but it is really hard to do.
“I don’t want to go to the clinic and have to go to the pharmacy and get the Viagra prescription, and then go to the hospital and have it back for another one of the pills, and then go back to the clinic.”
But it’s not just the pharmacist who is worried: there’s a lot of people in the market who think the pills are not really needed.
In fact, there are some who are buying Viagra from pharmacies and having to pay a small fortune for it.
“I have been buying from them,” said one customer, who asked to remain anonymous.
But his experience as an Australian pharmacist has proven that there’s a real need for Viagra.
“They are selling the pills, but they are getting in,” said a pharmacist from Sydney.
“The pharmacist that I spoke to in the paper about it said it could take up to two to three weeks, and I think it could take up to four weeks, and then they would be able to put it back in.”
There are about 20 different types of drugs that are sometimes sold under different names and sometimes more expensive.
Viagra and other erectile dysfunction medications, the drugs that are often sold in bulk, are the most commonly sold in the Sydney market.
But the pharmacy that they sell for Viagra is a large chain and the prices are higher.
“We’re getting a lot of people in the market,” said a pharmacist from Sydney.
“There is a huge market for Viagra and there is a big market for drugs like Cialis and Levitra. So there is a lot of demand for Viagra.”
And some of the drugs are available for patients under 18 and people who have erectile dysfunction, such as Viagra and Cialis, who suffer from low libido.
Viagra and Cialis, however, are not the only drugs that are being sold.
1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain drug ingredients, such as those that affect blood pressure. This can increase the risk of side effects or delay the interaction, such as headaches or dizziness.
: As part of a on-demand delivery treatment for angina, tadalafil can increase blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels in the lungs, which may lead to dizziness, fainting, or heart failure. If you take Cialis with nitrates or nitroglycerin, or alpha-blockers, do not use this medication.
Cialis (tadalafil) may also increase blood pressure by raising blood pressure in your body that counter to the effects of nitrates. This may increase side effects or delay the interaction, such as headaches or dizziness.
